Meet The Chef
Upon returning with a Culinary Arts Degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Chef Doug Apicella established Shells & Bones Personal Chef business.
Our goal is to provide fine cuisine from the culinary traditions of France, Italy, America and Beyond.
We provide various culinary services for personal and business use in Sarasota & Mantee Counties , Florida and surrounding areas.
